Q1: Are your products customizable?
Yes! Most of our items—including pillows, rugs, mugs, and T-shirts—can be personalized with your pet’s photo and custom text. Some ready-to-ship items like definition mugs are not customizable. Please refer to each product page for details.
Q2: How long does it take to receive my order?
Production usually takes around 3 business days. Shipping time depends on your location.
Q3: Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States.
Q4: How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount—please check our homepage or cart page for updates.
Q5: Can I return or exchange a product?
Customized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please record a full unboxing video as proof and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Q6: How do I place a custom order?
After placing your order, email us your order number and pet photo at [service@pawfectgift.shop]. Our team will follow up with a design draft within a few days. You’ll get two free revisions. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

Q8:I want a cartoon version of my pet printed on the custom T-shirt. What should I do?
To create a cartoon-style design of your pet for printing, please make sure to purchase both the “Custom T-Shirt” product and the “Cartoon Illustration Add-On” product. Once you’ve placed both orders, send us your pet’s photo and order number via email, and we’ll take care of the rest!
